Overview:
The food "project" was born in 1986 as a simple laboratory of microbiology. From the very beginning, in addition to the analysis activities, the consultancy activity for the food industries was developed, proposing and implementing innovative quality control systems based on the HACCP model in the field.
Over the years, the laboratory continued to adapt to the new regulatory framework and in 1996 obtained the inclusion in the list of the Ministry of Health as a laboratory qualified to perform tests of hygiene and health control on food products.
Finally, in 1999, the new company Progetto Alimenti was founded, also thanks to the collaboration with other professional figures.
Progetto Alimenti operates in the sector according to three points of intervention.
• Specialized analysis laboratory on all food matrices with methods validated according to international standards.
• Consultancy at companies, in close contact with entrepreneurs and employees.
• Training courses for personnel involved in the preparation and use of food.
