Services provided are: -Independent Verification & Validation (IVV): Software unit and integration test, HW/SW Integration test, Documentation set Verification, Code inspection, System tests, Fault injection, Compiler and tool validation, Report and traceability management. -RAMS: Reliability (MTBF calculation, Reliability Block Diagram, Design for Reliability, Ageing Test), Availability (Availability analysis based on MTBF and MTTR), Maintainability (FRACAS, failure reporting, analysis and corrective action system) and Safety Analysis (FME(C)A, FTA, Hazard Analysis) - Support to certification process: IV&V and safety program activities according to the main international standards, to support clients during certification phases (VVN can act as interface between the Notified Body, the safety authority and the client), support to VIS and Notified Bodies for ISA (Independent Safety Assessment) of HW/SW products and applications, Technical documentation for CE marking. - Embedded software development and code refactoring: design, development and maintenance of high quality, reliable and testably software solutions for systems with critical requirements, certification ISO 9001:2015 for design and software development, compliance with main international standard, code refactoring to match software quality metrics and to meet requirements of applicable standards (e.g. ECSS, MISRA, ISO 26262), software optimization, performance tuning and maintenance of existing code. -Test Environments Development: support for design and setup of customized test benches, support for definition of test environments, benchmarking of COTS solutions and technologies, development of SW applications and drivers for system testing, design and development of GUIs and software back-end dedicated to control test environments and test automation. Development of emulators and simulators for safety critical software validation.
